Abstract:   (328 Views)
The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the stress caused by technology in online and face-to-face workers. The statistical population of this research includes all employees in Tehran in 1401. The number of sample members is considered to be 384 using Cohen's formula, who were selected as available sampling. The main information of this research was obtained by using Ragunathan's (2008) technostress questionnaire. Descriptive statistics (central indices, dispersion) and inferential statistics (t test) were used in data analysis. The results of the research indicated that the stress caused by technology in online workers is different from face-to-face.
